Overcoming Problems Through Jesus Christ
Brother Camargo discusses four main problems that we face: physical death, worldly tribulations, spiritual death from sin, and our limited, imperfect natures. He emphasizes that Jesus Christ is the solution to these problems through His resurrection, His ability to comfort and strengthen us, His atonement, and His power to change our hearts.
I testify that the Lord Jesus Christ is the solution to even our most difficult problems.
Jesus Christ overcame death for us, and as a consequence, we will all be resurrected one day.
He can work "a mighty change in … our hearts, that we have no more disposition to do evil, but to do good continually."

Focusing on Christ Through Covenants
Brother Camargo discusses the role of covenants in helping us focus on Christ. He emphasizes that as we keep our covenants, we can more easily identify worldly things to lay aside and spiritual things to seek after. He also discusses the importance of renewing our covenants through the sacrament each week.
Our covenants help us focus our attention, our thoughts, and our actions on Christ.
Covenant keeping leads us to seek after whatever invites the influence of the Spirit and reject whatever drives it away.
Renewing our covenants during the sacrament each Sunday is a great opportunity to examine ourselves and refocus our lives on Jesus Christ.

Focusing on Christ in Our Homes
Brother Camargo discusses the importance of making our homes centers of gospel learning. He shares President Nelson's four promises for those who do so: delight in the Sabbath, children excited to learn and live the Savior's teachings, decreased influence of the adversary, and dramatic and sustaining changes in the family.
Clearly, focusing on Jesus Christ must be more than a Sunday, at-church activity.
The more we focus on Jesus Christ, the more sin loses its appeal.
He changes our very natures; we become "new creatures."
