Sustain Church Leadership
The practice of sustaining Church leaders is a key part of General Conference, allowing members to express their support for the First Presidency, Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, and other leaders. It is a demonstration of faith and unity within the Church.
Brothers and sisters, it will now be my privilege to present the General Authorities, Area Seventies, and General Officers of the Church for your sustaining vote.
We ask that you please express your support in the usual way, wherever you may be.

Acknowledge Leadership Changes
President Eyring announces changes in Church leadership, including the sustaining of new Area Seventies. These changes are part of the ongoing administration and adaptation within the Church to meet its global needs.
We note that six new Area Seventies were sustained during the general conference leadership meetings on Thursday, October 3, and then announced on the Church’s website.

Express Opposition Respectfully

It is proposed that we sustain the counselors in the First Presidency and the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles as prophets, seers, and revelators.
